ModernLuxe Homes, led by the husband-and-wife team Gavin and Sally Stuart, expertly blends over 30 years of experience in high-end residential construction, project management, and design services. 

Gavin contributes more than 15 years of hands-on carpentry and project management experience, having collaborated with premium builders across Canada and Australia. His expertise in custom home construction and site leadership guarantees that each project is executed with exceptional craftsmanship, precision, and an unwavering attention to detail.

Sally adds over 15 years of experience in development, project coordination, and design services. After earning her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph, she moved to Vancouver to work with a leading high-rise residential builder, gaining extensive experience in large-scale residential projects. She further honed her skills by obtaining a diploma in interior design in Australia. Most recently, Sally was instrumental in the ground-up development of the Elora Mill Hotel & Spa condominium project, fulfilling the roles of both Project Coordinator and Project Manager.

Together, Gavin and Sally offer a unique combination of craftsmanship, business acumen, project management, and design vision—creating modern coastal homes that are distinguished by their quality, style, and seamless client experience.
